How can I access my downloads?

How long will I have access to my downloads?
Your access never expires. Once you purchase, the files are yours for life, and you can re-download them anytime.

How do I listen to the meditations and subliminals?
All files come in standard formats (MP3 + PDF for guides) that work on phones, tablets, and computers. You can use your favorite headphones or speakers.
How often should I use these practices?
Most people listen daily or a few times a week. There’s no wrong pace — the key is consistency, even if it’s just a few minutes a day.
Do subliminals really work if I can’t hear the affirmations clearly?
Yes. Subliminals are designed to work below conscious awareness. Your subconscious picks them up even if you don’t actively hear every word.
Will I get updates if the products improve?
